We are passionate beings. And it is accomplished in many forms – face to face, voice to voice, writing, presentations. We communicate to get results. If we're not getting the results we want, we need to communicate differently.

Nicki teaches action steps that get results – specific techniques and strategies to use immediately. In most cases, the steps are not only discussed, but they are also practiced. Learning is ongoing and offered in various formats.

Part of the practice is participating in interactive discussion. We learn as we share experiences and knowledge, and brainstorm ideas and suggestions.

Nicki has empowered audiences in all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and is eager to go worldwide. For more than 26 years she has been an independent contract trainer, also contracting in partnership with fellow speakers and with several national seminar companies.

She has served a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, universities, Native American tribes, utility companies, medical institutes, school districts, city government, community services, Real Estate companies, insurance companies, manufacturing plants, food services, distilleries, libraries, and more. She has also served several areas of the U.S. Government, including the United States Postal Service, the FBI, the Capitol, U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, National Personnel Records Center, and Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard bases.

Nicki Stevens is a Motivational Speaker, Corporate Trainer, Certified Professional Coach, and Management Consultant. She is certified as a Virtual Learning Trainer and a Master of Engagement in Virtual Learning.

The logo represents being open to communication and change, to thinking about something differently, and to learning from each other.
